Welcome!

My name is Katherine MacLeod and I have over 12 years of experience as a Recruiting and HR Manager for fortune 500 companies where I proactively source and recruit industry top talent! In these roles, I have reviewed thousands of resumes and conducted thousands of interviews for everything from delivery drivers to financial risk analysts. Four years ago, I decided to combine my love for coaching and recruiting expertise to begin my next journey as an entrepreneur. Since then, I have helped hundreds of clients land their dream role through customized resumes, career coaching, and mock interviewing!

I have a Bachelors in Economics from Hillsdale College, a Masters of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a SHRM-CP certification as an HR professional. I take pride in participating in continuous training opportunities to stay up to date on research-based industry best practices so I can better prepare my clients for the job market.

I genuinely enjoy working with individuals and small business owners to articulate their skills and experiences in such a way that makes them feel proud of their accomplishments and confident to take on new challenges. I have had the privilege of working with clients across countless industries, levels, and geographies.

Personally, I am a wife, mom of 3 beautiful kids, and a foster mom. Outside of work you will find me enjoying the outdoors (hopefully somewhere near a lake or river), volunteering in the community, or spending time with my family and friends.
