I’m Katherine,

I have over 12 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager for fortune 500 companies and have helped hundreds of clients land their dream role through customized resumes, career coaching, and mock interviewing!

I have a Masters of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a SHRM-CP certification. I take pride in staying up to date on current trends, news, and research-based best practices so that I can better prepare my clients for a competitive job market.

I genuinely enjoy working with individuals and small business owners to help them articulate their educations, skills, and accomplishments to employers in such a way that helps them feel confident to applying and interviewing for the next step in their career.

Personally, I am a wife, a mom of 3 beautiful kids, and a foster mom. Outside of work you will find me enjoying the outdoors, volunteering in the community, and reading a good book. I look forward to serving you!
